Try just grilling them and then freezing them. They make much better chili than the powder will.
I love the hot peppers too much LOL
My youngest daughter is married to a Mexican and he tells me I like it too hot.

They aren't from my garden they are from work...but I do believe some are orange...when I get the stuff made up I will get your address..
