I know it got through the Senate committee, but I was proud of Senator Ted Cruz for taking on Feinstein on the constitutionality of it.

McCain ... apologized to him today for calling him some names. Ted Cruz said..... if fighting for the Constitution and the rights and liberties of citizens protected by Constitution has some people like Sen McCain calling me names, " I consider it a badge of honor".
