I love bacon. However it seems to me that when the Democrats are in charge all the bacon served in restaurants is Apple smoked.

I love real bacon that is Hickory smoked dang it.

The apple wood smoked is okay, but, it don't light up the day like hickory does.

What say you?

Along with some cooked (over easy or scrambled) eggs, and it's perfect for me. Now, I 'm hungry.

I've been slumming with breakfast cut chops. I'll have to stop in Cedar Vale my next trip to A.C. and get a bulk pack 25 lb. box.
