Good news, or mis-news There's been a lot of mis-steps by the news media so far,
is this another one ? or not ?
Read the 2nd article for the most info..... started out with a Campus Police officer being shot @ MIT.

Boston Commissioner: 1 Suspect
Dead
After hours of speculation, Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis
tweeted that one suspect wanted in connection with the Boston
Marathon bombing is dead after a shoot-out with police officers. A
police officer was transported to Mount Auburn and is currently in critical
condition. The other suspect, described as the man wearing a white hat in
surveillance videos, is still at large and the subject of a massive manhunt.
Davis told reporters early Friday morning, "We believe this to be a terrorist.
We believe this is a man who's come here to kill people." He also warned
residents not to venture out of their houses.

Shots, Explosions As Boston
Manhunt Continues; 1 Suspect Dead
Gunfire and explosions have been heard
in the Boston suburb of Watertown, Mass., and police have converged on the area.
The events there follow the shooting death late Thursday of a campus police
officer at the nearby Massachusetts Institute of
Technology.
The location of the activity, of course, raises the possibility
that it's related to the hunt for those responsible for Monday's bombings at the
Boston Marathon. At 4:20 a.m. ET, authorities said one suspect in the shootings
on the campus of MIT and in Watertown was dead, the other was at large and that
the man they were looking for appeared to be "suspect No. 2" in the marathon
bombings (also known as "white hat"). Authorities were telling
NPR's Dina Temple-Raston that "suspect No. 1," also known as "black hat," had
been killed.
NPR correspondents are checking with their sources in an effort to
determine what is going on. We'll be updating with news as we get
it.
