That has reciprocity with KS. Aren't you considered good to go in that State for purposes of school zone carry and every other place that State allows one to carry with a license?

Someone ought to google the exact wording, but my understanding is that the federal law states something like that person must hold a license issued by the state the school is located in. So, since I have a non-resident FL CCL, in addition to my KS, I should good in both KS & FL, but not the other states that recognize either one of them.
