I found some at the gun show in Wichita but didn't look at the prices. Several well stocked reloading tables were there.

LOL ... my objective / plan was to get a reloader in Jan ... and begin reloading .... was debating which reloader (RCBS vs Dillon) and to just wait until Christmas was over. That was a mistake. I've seen some reloaders for sale, but if I can't find components, what's the point.

That's probably why the reloader were for sell.... They weren't bring used due to no components....

I got cans of Colorado rocks in my garage. Might even say I am hoarding ammo.

I've got bullets and I can cast all I need....my buddy at sportsmans warehouse said they just got a huge shipment of primers in and he's saving a few thousand aside for me...excited for tomorrow...

Yeah I bet you are. I may shoot my hard ball ammo into something I can recover the bullets from and reload them again see how accurate they are the second time around.

I have dug 9mm ball out of a railroad tie I shot into and it wasn't even dented.

I ordered plated bullets direct from Berry's around the first of the year. I received them 2 wks ago. So while slow, they did fill my order. I haven't seen any primers though.
You know, we're spoiled. I remember back in the day, to get components, at least for those of us in a rural area, you either had to wait until you made it to the "big city", and/or troll all the gunshops and gunshows, until you found what you were looking for. Or, you could find an ad in Shotgun News, write them a real paper letter, to request a price sheet, wait for about a month to hear back from them, then make out your order on the form and mail it off with your personal check. After about another month, your bullets would be delivered.
We are just so used to such rapid response these days.
I'd recommend just getting a few orders in. They will fill them, just might take a while. I'd give up trying to find them in a store. As far as primers--I don't know. There are lots of guys out there with stockpiles. Maybe try and find someone willing to trade off a few. Surely you got something to trade. You can order primers too--Graffs, Cabelas, and Midway all get stock in occasionally. I just hate to pay the Hazmat charges--makes them awful expensive, but if you put an order in, they will fill it when your number comes up.
