We had family over...kids, spouses, g-kids for brunch after church services. It was such a nice day to be outdoors. On grand-daughter (age 18) wanted to shoot a gun. Yes mam let's go. Grabbed my Ruger Mk II and plenty of ammo, a Glock 19 & Ruger LC-9 and headed for the range in the pasture. After a bit of safety instruction about where the barrel is pointing, she became an istant marksman (woman). Her 12 yr. old brother had to give it a try too. Another dead-eye shooter! Then their mom (my daughter) came down to try it....and her sister-in-law.....my son-in-law too. They all shot all three guns, plus plinking around with a BB gun too. The ladies all decided to take a self-defense / shooting course and signed up for a class at the end of the month. We had a great time.....and I told them they were welcome to come & shoot anytime........just start bringing your own ammo. Next time we get out the .357 mags , .45 acp's and the AR-15's....

You've created a monster that consumes ammo they don't have...and soon you won't either. Well done!

You'll soon know what you have created... hope it goes well, and good job. If you are not reloading, it looks like you will be soon.

No better reason to burn ammo than that.

Fantastic! Yep, next time they need to bring the ammo. I hope they can find some to buy. If the gals have any questions that I can help with, just let me know.
