This law, House Bill 2162, will take effect on July 1, 2013. The practice of using taxpayer dollars to fund gun control support and lobby against your Second Amendment rights must be stopped, and the NRA applauds Governor Brownback for signing this important reform into law.

I'm wondering if ... what's it called Ks Cities Commerce Commission ? is using any of the taxpayers money to send and give all of the anti-gun things, etc. to the cities. I went blank on their name. But they are the one's constantly pushing "city rights" to gun laws , and are always pushing gun control things and are very anti-gun.

It can be any one of the special interest groups who's hands are now tied by this new law. We will hear the screaming.
